Ingredients:
Thymus vulgaris ct. thymol (Thyme ct. thymol), Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Juniperus communis (Juniper Berry), Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile, roman), Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree), Laurus nobilis (Bay Laurel), Cocos nucifera (Fractionated Coconut)
Suggested Usage
- Apply 2 drops to a tissue and inhale when you need to increase your sense of personal power.*
- Use 2-4 drops on reflex points on either hands or feet and/or on soles of feet along the spinal reflex for courage and inspiration to move forward.*
- Mix 20 drops with 4 ounces distilled water in a cobalt blue glass or PET plastic bottle, shake well and mist around yourself as desired when you need awareness of your personal power and the ability to express it.*
- Apply 1 to 2 drops on the Solar Plexus area for strength of will and for the right use of your personal power.*
- By applying 1 or 2 drops to the Heart area we can remember to act from the heart when expressing our personal power and to not overpower those we live and work with.*
- Diffuse 10-12 drops in a cool mist essential oil diffuser.*
