Boswellia carteri (Frankincense), Cistus ladaniferus (Cistus), Helichrysum italicum (Helichrysum), Canarium luzonicum (Elemi), Salvia sclarea (Clary Sage), Litsea cubeba (Litsea Cubeba), Piper nigrum (Black Pepper), Cocos nucifera (Fractionated Coconut)
Suggested Usage
- Add 10-15 drops of Messenger blend to ½ cup of Clay Vitality or Pink Himalayan Bath Salts, and add to a warm bath, relaxing your cares away while renewing your energy. Helpful to use when you have had a particularly trying day. For intensive therapy, soak once a day; if you can't do a full bath you can do a foot soak instead.*
- For a foot soak, add 5-8 drops of Messenger to ½ cup of Clay Vitality or Pink Himalayan Bath Salts, and soak feet 10-20 minutes for best results.*
- Mix 12-15 drops in a 4-ounce cobalt blue spray bottle of distilled water. Shake well before use. Mist around yourself, front and back, when in need of guidance.*
- Apply 1-2 drops over the Heart Chakra, your center for spiritual strength and connection.*
- Apply 1-2 drops on the Third Eye Chakra to increase your dream activity when in need of guidance.*
- Apply 1-2 drops to the Crown Chakra to be open to receiving guidance and to recognize messages when you receive them and not dismiss them as coincidence.*
- Diffuse 10-12 drops in a cool mist essential oil diffuser as desired throughout the day.*
